We are delighted to inform you that PIOCCI is organized conference on theme “Connecting with Indian Diaspora & Leveraging their Strengths for Developing Focus Sectors of Mutual Interest” on the eve of 15^th Pravasi Bhartiya Divas 2019 at Varanasi on 20^th January, 2019. Indian Federation of Green Energy a representative body of Green Energy companies is partnering PIOCCI in organizing a special session on Bio Energy & Namami Gange.

PIOCCI vision and mission is to conjugate and engage the Indian Diaspora with India on matters of economic, trade and commerce, besides offering the Chamber and its meetings and activities for networking and social interaction. PIOCCI has organized many events in the past including business events concurrent to past PBDs. The previous conference held at Bengaluru on eve of 14^thPBD had participation of more than 200 delegates.

IFGE has been actively working in Green Energy Sector since last few years and has organized many national and international conferences on promoting this sector. IFGE has been raising policy issues with regard to this sector with concerned departments of Government and has been instrumental in bringing many policy changes.

The conference on 20^th Jan 2019 at Varanasi was successful and focussed on topics including opportunities in Bio Energy, Namami Gange, Education & Skills and MSME sector. The conference was attended by 7000 delegates from 85 countries including PIOs/NRIs/Indian Businessmen, Policy Makers, Govt Officials etc.
